Generating warmth this winter - Chicago Pneumatic generator give-away at MTE Northam, Limpopo

Following a string of highly successful generator giveaways at the 2018 Mining & Technical Exhibitions (MTE) in South Africa and Botswana, Chicago Pneumatic made its mark yet again, this time at Northam Mine in Limpopo on the 10th of May.
Jan Erasmus from Northam emerged as the winner of the lucky draw and became the proud owner of a Chicago Pneumatic CPPG5 (5.5Kva) petrol-driven portable generator. “It is so rewarding to see the great reactions of all the winners each time we do the generator hand-over,” comments Eben van der Vyver, Business Development Manager, Chicago Pneumatic Construction Equipment in South Africa.
Chicago Pneumatic is giving away a CPPG generator at each of the 25 MTEs taking place around South Africa including five outside the country’s borders during 2018. Dealers from the regions are also invited to each event. Van der Vyver explains, “As our route to market, dealers are a vital part of Chicago Pneumatic’s supply chain. These MTEs present an ideal networking platform for interaction between Chicago Pneumatic, our dealers and our customers.”
Conrad van Staden from Grinding Power who joined Van der Vyver at the Limpopo exhibition says that the MTEs most definitely open up opportunities for Chicago Pneumatic dealers. “Grinding Power also attended the MTEs at Cullinan Mine and Modikwa Mine held respecively in Gauteng and Limpopo in January and February 2018 with great success. Chicago Pneumatic is solidifying its name in the industry and achieving exceptional brand awareness with these generator giveaways and we are proud to be part of this excellent initiative.”
With many more MTEs in the upcoming months, the momentum of the Chicago Pneumatic generator giveaways continues in full force; the next stop is Sibanye Mine in Gauteng on the 17th of May 2018 where one of the visitors will be picked from a lucky draw and will walk away with a Chicago Pneumatic generator.
